They created an eCommerce site and, in due course, opened a PO Box for business mails. Unfortunately, it so happened that they forgot to check the PO Box for quite some time, and when they finally checked, they had a package marked urgent waiting for weeks. Anh's immediate response was, "Why didn't the post office notify us? "That's when we decided to create our company Notifii to enable a third-party to log packages and instantly notify the recipients to collect it," says Anh, the CEO, and co-founder of Notifii.
Over the years, with the unstoppable rise of eCommerce, ordering goods online has become the norm. As the volume of packages surges, the property and facility managers invariably need an effective system to log and notify the recipients upon their packages' arrival. Inspired by this, Anh developed Notifii Track, an app-based package management software that enables the staff to log packages in seconds while instantly sending an email or a text notification to the recipients. "The recipient can now know that their package is available at the office of the complex or dormitory they live in or at the front office to go and collect their package," explains Anh. The staff can also have the recipient sign as proof of pickup to safeguard against any future disputes or concerns.
One of Notifii’s long-time clients, PetSmart, one of the country's biggest retailers of pet food and products, saved over $35,000 annually utilizing the Notifii System. Earlier, PetSmart's outdated package logging software took them five to ten minutes to log a package. And there were disputes of missed packages to resolve and an unending stream of queries regarding the receipt of packages. The switchover to Notifii Track resulted in a winning partnership that saved them both money and time and drastically improved efficiency.
In 2016, the company launched its second product, Notifii Connect, taking notifications to the next level. In the pandemic's challenging times, property managers, especially in apartment complexes and student housing communities, could not physically be present in the office yet wanted to engage with their residents. Notifii Connect addresses this by enabling the property manager with the tools to text and email their residents and maintain that engagement.

On an equal note, the Notifii platform's kiosk mode feature was invaluable during the lockdown period. Moreover, the staff can leverage the in-built OCR feature to log packages and send notifications without touching it.
Today, when many businesses are functioning remotely, Notifii's third product, Notifii Checkout, can facilitate the easy check-out of inventory or assets like laptops and more to employees, residents, or students and eliminate the cost of lost assets. As the world continues to fight the pandemic, facilities want to reserve rooms and limit the number of people going to their pool room or clubhouse. "We are developing a feature in Notifii Checkout to make reservations and cap capacities," signs off Anh.
