An essential aspect of RentRedi is its proprietary tenant prequalification feature that allows landlords toknow more about the prospect’s criminal history, financial information, guarantor income, pets, smoking, and other related information.

Essentially, this prequalification comprises ten quick questions to pre-screen applicants to get immediate, upfront information about prospective tenants before sifting through applications or scheduling viewings. The auto-tenant screening feature equips landlords with the ability to automatically receive an applicant’s background check (credit, eviction, and criminal reports).Landlords can access customizable response templates to accept and reject applications, track the process, make internal notes for decision making, and much more.

The no-stress payments feature of RentRedi makes rent collection seamless. The software allows tenants to pay the landlords from their mobile devices, andlandlords can track each payment madeand auto-late fees are applied automatically after the initial set-up. While payments, receipts, and confirmation are automated, users can also send in-app rent reminders and other important updates to their tenants customized by unit and property.

The client wanted a feature that would allow him to block partial payments from tenants. RentRedi equipped the client with a smart feature to allow or prevent partial or full payments. Moreover, the mobile app also allows a tenant to pay in cash or through a check, money order, or Section 8 voucher, and the landlords can record the payment in their RentRedi dashboard to stay organized.
